Don't learn to pdf or docs

Hi, I have uploaded textual pdfs with technical data and product brochures, but asking specific questions did not learn from the uploaded documents when I ask for specifications on the presotto:https://www.microgeo.it/prodotto/faro-orbis/ it fails to provide me with the specifications on the page e.g. weight

have to login on a daily basis. can we keep it permanently logged in?
